Centenary of General Motors Australia Lunch

The GM Day Committee of NSW has organised an event to celebrate 100 years of GM in Australia. At this stage we are taking expressions of interest from members as places are strictly limited.
Details – Date: Sunday November 1st 2026 Time: 12 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Venue: Cropley House, 84 Watkins Rd, Baulkham Hills, 2153
Details: Pre-lunch canapes and drinks, two course sit-down lunch, guest speakers, guests from GM Melbourne, AV “show”, and a special display of historic vehicles.
Cropley house is a charming and historic building built in the 1920’s and set in expansive landscaped grounds. It is evocative of the era and features a row of palm trees and a feature palm in the front circular garden – you’d think you were at the original GMA plant in Marrickville (that building is still standing). There is an attractive circular drive at the front where we will have a display of special vehicles.
The ticket price is $98 pp which includes all food and drinks (including beer and wine) and costs for the presentation and “show”. We are also offering a commemorative badge – these can be purchased for $15 ea. The number of tickets available is strictly limited.
