Mid Week Lunch Run to Settlers Mulgoa

A mid-week lunch cruise has been organised, cruising from Northmead to Settlers at Mulgoa.  We will be meeting at Hares & Forbes car park Northmead (same as Mystery Cruse meeting place) at 10.30am and leaving at 11.00am .

Directions: Turn left from car park onto Church Street and get into left lane.  Head onto A28/Cumberland highway heading towards Wentworthville. Follow A28 until Wentworthville keep to right side of road for M4. Join M4 heading west towards Penrith for 30 km. Turn off M4 at Regentville intersection, bear left onto Mulgoa road follow for approx 12 km. Settlers Inn is on the left when arriving in Mulgoa village. Address is for those with sat nav : 1300 Mulgoa Rd, Mulgoa NSW 2745 .

Destination Information : Settlers offer plenty of food types and good selection of drinks. Relaxed country dining inside or out, with good company. Car parking appears ample, but never know how it’ll be on a Sunday, parking on other side of road if required . Settlers Mulgoa is a Heritage Building, dating back to 1890. Originally the building was built for the Mulgoa Irrigation Company. When the Irrigation scheme didn’t take off, due to a depression that swept the area in1893, the building was brought for the use of the Original Mulgoa Police Station in the early 1900’s. The Police Station ran on this site until it closed on the 8th of January 1934.
